MIKAYEL BADALYAN

Mikayel Badalyan (aka “Mike”) is the co-founder and managing partner of Badalyan Sinanyan, APC and The Lemonade Lawyer. Mike has loved two things ever since he can remember: fighting for what is right and everything cars. From a very young age, Mike knew that he wanted to either be a lawyer or a race car driver; and since race car driver wasn’t in the cards, lawyer would have to do. After graduating at the top of his class from Glendale High School, located in Glendale, CA, with a 4.17 GPA, Mike was accepted to the University of California, San Diego (UCSD) on a full scholarship. At UCSD, he majored in Political Science/Public Law and minored in Ethnic Studies. In 2012, he graduated with high honors from UCSD and was accepted into Southwestern Law School, in the heart of Los Angeles, CA, that same year.
During his time in law school, Mike was admitted onto the Dean’s honor roll multiple times and earned a spot on the coveted Trial Advocacy Honors Program (or “TAHP”). In his second year on the TAHP trial team, he gained a position on the team’s Board of Directors. As a member of the TAHP trial team, he had the opportunity to prepare for and compete in various mock trial competitions against some of the greatest law schools in the country where he flourished and displayed his unique skills and natural trial talent. During these competitions, Mike also discovered that he enjoyed the thrill of advocating in a courtroom for his clients and getting them the justice that they have been denied.
In 2015, Mike graduated from law school with high honors. And in 2017, Mike decided it was time to combine his passion for law and his love for cars by founding Badalyan Sinanyan, APC, with his wife Aileen Sinanyan, and giving birth to The Lemonade Lawyer. In his spare time, Mike loves racing cars and hosting track events at race tracks all across California from Willow Springs Raceway down to Chuckwalla Valley Raceway and up to Buttonwillow and Laguna Seca Raceways. Since founding his own law firm, Mike has recovered tens of millions of dollars for his clients and is looking forward to recovering another hundred million more.
AILEEN SINANYAN
FOUNDING PARTNER
As the co-founder and managing partner of Badalyan Sinanyan, APC, Aileen Sinanyan is the zealous advocate you want on your side. As a young girl, Aileen had her eyes set on UCLA as her undergraduate school and after that she had determined that her career path was to be a lawyer.
Aileen attended UCLA and graduated in 2012. That same year she was admitted to Southwestern Law School and began her journey towards her legal career. During her time at Southwestern Law School, she was a part of the Trial Advocacy Honors Program where she competed in several mock trial competitions. She always knew that her passion was in the courtroom and her experiences in law school truly solidified that.
Although Aileen does not race cars and host track events, she shares a passion for the law and believes that every client is family. She never forgets the great responsibility that she carries when representing her clients. Aileen has handled injury cases involving slip and falls, trip and falls, motor vehicle accidents, and dog bites. She has also handled lemon law claims against the biggest manufacturers in the world. Since co-founding Badalyan Sinanyan, APC, she has recovered millions of dollars representing clients because she believes every client is family.
